Don’t miss the Burrata Caprese made with Organic cow’s milk burrata, compressed melons, basil, aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil that will leave you in awe. The Spring Fettuccine will brighten up any day with house made fettuccine egg noodles, snap + English peas, asparagus, wild mushrooms, parmigiana and garlic confit butter. Smoked Pork Porterhouse will satisfy any appetite with brined and smoke Duroc pig porterhouse, warm potato salad and buttermilk jalapeno dressing. Stay local with Shrimp and Grits featuring house made Tasso ham, Colorado shrimp and local grits with grilled corn, and cheese will take you back to your roots and have you begging for more! Enjoy the Colorado Lamb T-Bone with two lamb T-bones grilled and brushed with salsa verde, sweet potato gratin and chocolate guajillo jus.
We have also added a seasonal spin to some of your favorite choices! The Queso Fundido now features tomato, pepper, jack and cheddar cheese served with chips and soft tortillas.
