SPRING IS HERE!
Finally the trees have shaken off the last of the snow and the veggies are starting to grow! We are excited to be rolling out our new spring menu here at Second Home. Chef David Anderson has taken some of the best ingredients spring has to offer and created some amazing new dishes we are proud to be serving.
Come give one of our new dishes a try like the House-made Pasta Primavera, Colorado Lamb Barbacoa, or the Alamosa Striped Bass. All plated with wonderful spring vegetables and light-hearted presentations.
As always, we are committed to local ranchers, farmers and dairies. We are excited to work with our new partners at 7X Beef, Colorado Catch, and Jumpin’ Good Goat Dairy. Thanks to them for providing amazing ingredients for us to work with.
